Before you reach out

Who is eligible to apply?

The program is designed for managers and senior staff at seaports, marine terminal operators, intermodal transportation companies, shipping lines, government agencies, and related organizations. Prior industry experience is expected.

Is the program available online?

Yes. Six of the 2026 cohorts are delivered live via Zoom — instructor-led, not pre-recorded. One cohort is in-person in New Orleans in October. Both formats deliver the same 18-module curriculum and the same certificate.

What does the program cost?

Tuition is provided on request. Individual and group rates differ. Contact admissions at registration@macdonnell.com or 1-866-219-6563.

Are CEU credits provided?

Yes. CEU documentation is issued upon completion of the program, suitable for professional licensing bodies and organizational CPD programs.

Can my organization sponsor seats?

Yes. Organizations can sponsor one or more seats with invoicing on net-30 terms, plus organizational CPD documentation for all enrolled participants.

What is the cancellation policy?

The Certified Port Executive Program reserves the right to re-schedule courses. Participant cancellations carry forward to the next available course — no refunds are issued. Substitution of another participant from the same organization is permitted.
