1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing certifiedportexecutive.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual property

“Certified Port Executive™” and “CPE™” are registered trade-marks of the MacDonnell Group. All site content, curriculum materials, and program methodology are proprietary. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

3. Program enrollment

Submitting a registration form constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding enrollment contract. Enrollment is confirmed by written acceptance from Group Macdonnell, accompanied by an invoice. Tuition is due per the terms stated in your enrollment confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations received more than 60 days before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future cohort. No refund is issued for cancellations within 30 days of the start date. Substitution of another participant from the same organization is permitted at no charge with 5 business days' notice.

5. Program changes

Group Macdonnell reserves the right to modify program dates, venue, faculty, or curriculum with reasonable notice. In the event of program cancellation by Group Macdonnell, enrolled participants receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Group Macdonnell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the program.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
