CPE for your team — on site or on demand.
Organizations that enroll multiple people don’t just educate individuals — they build shared operating fluency. Port authorities, shipping lines, terminals, and government agencies have all sponsored CPE cohort groups.
A team that learns together.
Time saving
Minimize out-of-office time by scheduling a custom cohort around your organization’s operational calendar. No waiting for the next public cohort.
Cost effective
Groups of 8–25 from the same organization realize significant savings over individual enrollment — reduced travel, lodging, and per-diem costs, plus group pricing on tuition.
Tailored
Content can be tailored to your organization’s specific operations, with space for private discussion of internal matters in a confidential setting.

The only thing worse than training your employees and having them leave is not training them and having them stay.

Four steps to a credentialed team.
Discovery call
Contact admissions with participant count, organization, and target timeframe. Group pricing and format options are confirmed at this stage.
Curriculum tailoring
Program content is reviewed against your organization’s operations. Specific modules can be emphasized and internal case material incorporated.
Schedule confirmed
Cohort date is agreed — either within an existing 2026 public cohort or as a dedicated private delivery. Invoicing terms confirmed.
Delivery & certificates
All participants complete the five-day program. CPE certificates and CEU documentation issued to each participant and to the organization’s HR records.
Pricing — No public group rates are listed. Most groups of 8–25 from the same organization find group enrollment significantly more cost-effective than individual registrations. Contact admissions for a custom quote based on group size and format.
More than a certificate.
Shared operating vocabulary
A team that completes CPE together speaks the same language — across operations, commerce, and regulation. Cross-functional conversations become more efficient.
CEU & CPD documentation
Continuing Education Unit credit and professional development documentation issued for every participant — suitable for HR records and licensing bodies.
Succession pipeline
A proven structure for onboarding and developing the next generation of management within your organization.
Retention signal
Investment in professional certification is one of the strongest predictors of employee retention.
Dedicated coordination
A single point of contact at the admissions office manages all group logistics, scheduling, and completion documentation.
